I have to say that you get the most AMAZING feeling from exercising and it puts you on confidence autopilot for dating success. I would say that exercise is a requirement for a positive attitude and feeling good about yourself. For weight loss it's cardio, cardio and cardio. Oh and some weights. The more cardio you do the more fat you burn right now. The bigger your muscles grow the more fat you burn all day (remember the calories you burn naturally). I have two strategies that you can follow, but here comes the standard disclaimer... I am no doctor or professional in any field relating to fitness. Seek professional advice before entering into a course of exercise. If at any point you feel unwell or injured STOP exercising. Right with that said here is the worlds simplest exercise plan... Both consist of cardio and weights Gym path (either home equipment or membership club) Cardio (cross trainer, rowing machine, cycling or treadmill) Weights - using the machines... most gyms will have instructors, other people or labels on the machines that will help you find a set of machines to cover the main muscle groups in the following areas... I suggest 3 sets or 12 repetitions of weight and then increasing the weight every 3 weeks. Use different methods of working the muscles as much as possible as the body gets used to a certain exercise and is best shocked into new exercises on a regular basis Home Path (just trainers for running) Cardio - Jogging (this can be done on the spot if you like) Weights - using your body weight. When I say "to failure" I mean that you do as many press ups as possible before you CANNOT do another. Note the number down. Do as many Sit-ups as you can, note the number. Do as many Squats as you can, note the number. Then do 2 more sets of Press-ups, Sit ups and Squats matching the number you did in the first set. Then during your next weights exercise session at home, your goal is at worst to match and at best beat the number of reps. Right there you go that is enough to get you well on your way to better health, fitness and confidence about your body.
