This is an area of your life that you make effort in and, see results and will build instant confidence in your dating life.
I have found from my own experience that the better I feel about my body the more successful I would be with women. They can sense when you like yourself and they like it... after all how can you expect someone else to like you unless you like yourself too.
And one extra reason that all of you should have is to look good naked to give you sexual confidence.
If there is one thing that women want is for you to feel comfortable with your body.
Understand, I'm not saying you need to thin and trim for this, I'm saying you need to feel good about your body.
Women want you to be comfortable with your body because they are not, no matter which woman it is that you are talking to they know their body is their primary tool in attracting a man and are insecure about it... believe me.
Anyway it is toxic to be always thinking of yourself in negative terms, I know I have been there. It is a hundred times easier to be confident and positive if you feel confident and positive instead of having to trick yourself into thinking it.
Just recently I trained to run a long distance race and every time I did a long distance run (about 8 miles) I had a larger than usual inner glow that would shine whenever I talked to anyone, I would start more conversations and generally be much happier.
It's a shame that we weren't really taught "health" at school. Hopefully I'm wrong (I haven't been to school in quite a few years), but at my school we had to do physical activity, but were never explained in such away what was needed to get and stay fit.
It never stuck as a habit when I left school because all they did was teach me the sports that existed. I was never really taught how to cook and eat healthily. There is an alarming amount of food with man-made fats that the body cannot handle - these are not discussed.
There are things you should eat and things you shouldn’t. The lists here are too long, but to say that good food is fresh food.
There are times of the day you should eat (for breakfast and lunch eat more than for dinner) and times of the day you shouldn’t (late at night or just before exercise).
It is no wonder that people are more and more overweight, just look at the lifestyle...
